IT Specialist
Job Scope: We are looking for an analytical and well organized IT Specialist (Technical Support) hat will perform the following functions: Troubleshooting, Support, Ticketing, Client Collaboration, Project Engagement and Programming. You must cover these area to be successful in this role: Technical, Interpersonal, and Management/Procedural components.
Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: BS in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / MIS / Business or related fields.; Work Experience: At least 5 years experienced employee with a background in Service Management, Service Operation, Service desk and Incident Management, IT operations.; Required Skills: Troubleshooting and problem solving IT infrastructure services, Project Management, Customer Service and Communication oriented, IT Security, Networking, and Installation, Programming.
