IT Systems Specialist
Job Responsibilities: Manage, Maintain, and implement Windows systems including relevant software and database; Designs, installs, and administers locally and globally implemented application that provide integrated and automated information systems; Consults with users and evaluates technical requirements, conducts technical research on upgrades and components, recommends designs, provides, cost analysis, plans projects, and coordinates tasks for the installation of IT Systems and relevant applications taking in consideration the feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems; Analyzes and resolves technical problems for established applications and works with vendors to resolve more complex issues; Able to create extensive documentation, training, and provide guidance to users and business units as needed.
Qualifications: At least five years' experience in information technology or relevant translatable field; Relevant programming experience and background in software deployment, data backup and application management; Experienced in Microsoft desktop and server systems, and Microsoft Office 365 including PowerApps and Sharepoint; Familiar with SAP, System life cycle and database management; Certification in web development and database management is an advantage; Willing to travel for work.
